PCA Australia provides you with a professionally tailored service. PCA Australia carries public liability insurance however we accept no liability or responsibility for injury or loss of travellers’ person or property. All consumers need to carry their own travel insurance.

We have some rules around puck up and drop off. Consumers need to be at meeting point for pick up & drop off on time as we have strict schedule to follow for everyone ‘s convenience. On the day of departure if you are not at meeting point, we will leave without you. On our return from holidays if consumer’s pick up is not on time, consumer will travel back to our base with us incurring $45 per hour fee after last drop off. If pickup have an unexpected delay, please call us on our mobile and we will endeavour to arrange an alternative however it is not possible in all situations.

Costs that not Included in our Holiday/Tour program:

  • Personal items such as laundry, purchase of forgotten toiletries, excess baggage, etc.
  • Repair or replacement of damaged property/articles.
  • Medical/surgical supplies.
  • Transfer expenses incurred to departure points are not included in the cost of the holiday program.
  • Travel Insurance

 Cancellation Charges:

  • 28 days prior to commencement of tour — loss of deposit
  • 14-28 days prior to commencement of tour — 50%
  • 1-14 days prior to commencement of tour — 100%
  • However, money will be fully refunded if we can replace position on tour. Unless this tour involves an airfare, the cost of the name change on the ticket will need to be deducted.

 Tour Membership:

PCA Australia have all the right reserved to withdraw tour membership from anyone whose behaviour is likely to affect the smooth operation of the tour or adversely affect the enjoyment or safety of themselves, other travellers, staff or other people. PCA Australia shall be under no liability to such person. In the event of a traveller needing to be withdrawn from our tour due to behaviour or medical reasons, it is the responsibility of the person being withdrawn to meet the costs incurred by PCA Australia returning that person. Please be aware that PCA Australia does not cater for self-injurious, violent or aggressive behaviour.

Cancellation due to Pandemic:

If we are unable to travel due to Government restrictions during pandemic situation /Covid 19, we will offer a full refund or credit for a future holiday otherwise the standard cancellation policy applies.
